Tutorial is a table of contents for basic knowledge about the game. Here you will find information about systems and character management from the very beginning. Familiarize yourself with the controls at the very beginning. Consider what character build you are interested in.

1. Character Creation[]

The first time you log in, you'll be given the option to choose your character's past and village. Consider which path you want to take at the beginning of your game, as it affects the stats that are dealt. We will get access to an house in this village if we buy it from Shizune.

Your first objective will be to pass the test and become a Genin. Reaching the rank of Genin will give you the opportunity to choose your specialization, clan, and chakra nature, if you didn't make a choice during the initial conversation with Iruka. You should adjust your choice depending on the style of play on which your character will be based. Of course, you can combine many styles with each other, but at the very beginning you should focus on one strong gameplay style.

We distinguish physical damage , which is based on melee attacks, and their training is possible using the TaiJutsu or KenJutsu skill level . All you have to do is equip the selected type of weapon and hit it to train Tai/Ken, which will increase physical damage.

We distinguish ranged damage , which is based on ranged attacks as projectile weapons, or also BukiJutsu weapons that hit melee, but add ranged damage. Ranged damage training is done with BukiJutsu skill level in this case .

We distinguish non-physical damage that is based on jutsu or NinJutsu weapons. Using techniques trains your NinJutsu level , which will increase your maximum chakra and increase your non-physical damage. The second skill line that increases non-physical damage is the Kekkei Genkai skill level , trained with clan techniques.

You can find a list with examples of individual skills in Gameplay Mechanics.

Details on training skills can be found in Skill Training.

2. Gaining Experience[]

You start the game as an academy student. Initially, you have basic equipment, zero techniques and low damage. You have many options to change this.

  • Missions - There are many types of missions. Your main source of experience at the very beginning should be story missions and side missions. Open the mission panel and check the current story mission. Remember that if you don't remember how to open the mission panel, review the controls again.
  • Dungeons - To check the location of a selected dungeon, open the world map on the M button. On the right side of the map, there is a legend with markings of places on the world map. To start the dungeon, you need to use a stone key that you find while exploring the shinobi world.
  • Bounty - Lists are matched to your character's strength. Your task there will be to find the chosen opponent and eliminate him.
  • Escorts - Your task is to escort a selected character to a random location.
  • Raids - The enemy attacks the selected area. Your task is to eliminate enemies.
  • Gaining Experience - You gain experience for enemies whose experience level is higher than yours.

3. Jutsu Training[]

Jutsu are the foundation of your play style. By choosing a specialization, clan, and chakra nature, you get access to their training at the trainer. You will need Yin points to train techniques. You get Yin points by defeating strong opponents (bosses) and group enemies (1 Yin).

4. Character Training[]

The next step to make your character strong is to match the experience gained to the right opponents. Don't be guided by your experience level, but by how strong your character is at the moment. Go through the groups of opponents, and then, preferably one by one, check and test which of them do not cause you major problems, and at the same time you can train skills and gain experience on them, if your experience level is not higher than that of your opponent.

  • Each level up gives you 10 learning points, which you can spend on talents.
  • Each promotion to a higher level of experience grants you 1 stat point, which you can spend onstatistics.
  • Completing a dungeon grants you 1 perk point, which can be used to develop Perks.
  • Your character may be able to activate a specialization/clan item. Open the perk panel to check the available items. Activation is done by clicking on an item in the perks panel .

5. Social life[]

PvP Off protects against damage in all PvP zones up to level 150. The exception is the PvP On status, which removes our protection.

Your character, whether you like it or not, will be appropriately perceived in the society of other players. By activating Kekkei Genkai items, you put yourself at risk of being a potential target for others. Theft of items in PvP is possible during the night (24-05). You can hide items in the chest. The hospital is also a safe place from PvP.

6. Character Progress[]

The next step in the development of your character is getting a new rank. Again, consider the proper blending of fighting styles with each other, the selection of skills you are strong in, and the potential for later play.

  • You need the rank of Chunnin to get the second specialization and the second nature of chakra . Check the requirements, which mainly consist in completing the story missions and the number of side missions completed. If you have already received a rank, then you will learn the appropriate specialization/nature of chakra from a trainer of these techniques. It is included in the list of specializations and chakra natures. You can also use the jutsu panel.
  • At level 30, you get the opportunity to learn the Prophecy of a Sage.

By accessing the Chunnin rank, you are opening your way to further character development.

7. Late Game[]

This is the moment when training and the usual methods of increasing the character's strength are not enough to deal with a stronger enemy. When entering a more advanced game, remember about...
